By accessing, browsing, or using the CashRush platform and services (referred to as "the platform," "the service," "we," or "our company"), you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and CashRush. If you do not accept all terms and conditions outlined herein, you are explicitly prohibited from using this platform. Your continued use of the platform after viewing these terms constitutes full acceptance and binding agreement. If you have any doubt regarding your eligibility to use our services, please refrain from registering.
CashRush provides a commission-based eBay account monetisation service. We retain the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability. We may update our services, features, pricing structures, and operational procedures at our sole discretion. Any modifications to the service become effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
You warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. CashRush is not available to minors, individuals with restricted legal capacity, or those prohibited by applicable law from using our services.

CashRush reserves the absolute right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or decline applications at our sole discretion without explanation. We may reject or terminate participants based on verification results, suspicious activity, location restrictions, credit checks, or any other reason we deem appropriate. No user has a right to our services.
CashRush provides a 5% commission on sales revenue generated through participating eBay accounts. Commission is calculated on the gross item sale price only, excluding shipping fees, taxes, returns, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and cancelled orders. CashRush reserves the right to adjust commission rates, introduce tiered structures, or modify calculation methodology with 30 days' notice.
CashRush may withhold, deduct, or reverse commissions for any reason, including:
Commissions are processed weekly and paid via PayPal or UK bank transfer. Payments require minimum pending balance of £50. Processing times are 3-5 business days after settlement. CashRush is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or PayPal. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or withhold payments for any reason, including account verification, investigation, or suspected breach of terms.
You acknowledge that earnings are entirely dependent on eBay sales performance and market conditions. CashRush makes no guarantees regarding sales volume, commission amounts, or income projections. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any minimum payout obligations.
By signing up and authorising CashRush, you grant us broad, irrevocable powers to:
While you retain nominal ownership of your eBay account, CashRush gains operational control and management authority during the term of this agreement. You acknowledge and accept that we may use your account for purposes we deem necessary for our business operations.
You remain responsible for account security, but acknowledge that CashRush has full access to account credentials. You agree not to change passwords or restrict our access without written consent. You are liable for all activity on your account, including unauthorised use by our staff.
You warrant full responsibility for maintaining eBay compliance. CashRush is not responsible for eBay policy violations, account suspensions, or restrictions resulting from our use of your account. eBay account suspension or restriction will not waive commission owed to CashRush or affect payment obligations. You indemnify CashRush against all consequences of eBay enforcement action.

CashRush reserves the right to immediately suspend, terminate, or ban any account for violation of these terms without prior notice, explanation, or appeal process. We may also pursue legal action and recover all associated costs, attorney's fees, and damages.
CashRush reserves the unrestricted right to monitor, investigate, and audit user accounts, activities, and transactions at any time without notice. This includes:
Users must cooperate fully with all investigations and provide requested documentation within 7 days. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension and commission withholding.
CashRush may terminate, suspend, or restrict user accounts or services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or explanation. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
Users may terminate accounts with 30 days' written notice, subject to settlement of all outstanding obligations. Termination requests do not waive commission owed, liability for past violations, or CashRush's right to pursue legal action.
Upon termination, you must immediately revoke our account access and verify removal. CashRush retains the right to pursue legal action, recover costs, and claim damages. All financial obligations and indemnities survive termination. CashRush may retain your data for 12 months post-termination for record-keeping and legal purposes.

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using the platform, including financial loss, account suspension, and reputational damage. Your use of CashRush is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
CashRush may modify these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for reviewing updated terms regularly. Significant changes may be communicated via email, but failure to receive notification does not negate your obligation to comply with updated terms.
CashRush retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the design, functionality, content, and branding. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. You grant CashRush a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use your account name, image, and any content for promotional and operational purposes.
Your use of CashRush is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to all data collection, processing, and sharing practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of CashRush shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, administered by CEDR, with one arbitrator. Arbitration costs are borne equally. The arbitrator's award is final and binding. CashRush may pursue injunctive relief without arbitration for breaches of this agreement.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect. CashRush's failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver of that right. You waive all claims arising more than 12 months after the event.
These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CashRush. This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
